Shooting Starz Gymnastics

In this class, students meet once per week for 55 minutes, learning to stunt and fly, arm positions, jumps, cheers and chants, facial expression, and voice.

Age Requirement:  Must be 8 years old

Uniform Requirement:  None.  Wear comfortable clothing, no buttons or zippers.  Hair in a ponytail if longer than shoulder length.  Tennis shoes.  (Cheer shoes make it easier for the flyers, if available.)

Goal:  Self Esteem, Fitness, prepare for future All Starz class or school cheer squads, and having FUN!
